I can not say enough about our experience at Sandals Grande Antigua! When we got to the resort we were greeted by Karen our butler.

Karen showed us to our honeymoon suite which was 50 feet from the ocean! The suite was amazing! We noticed quickly that day that our pool was not circulating I mentioned this to Karen and she assured me that maintenance would fix it right away. Come to find out a part was broken and needed to be shipped in. The pool would not be fixed for a week. Vanessa our other butler suggested we change rooms. Andy and I agreed as long as we had a private pool and that we got something comparable to what we were leaving.

Well we hit the jackpot! We got the room on the brochure to the resort it is the number one requested room! Hot tub and pool outside. Living room separate bedroom a huge bathroom with a jetted tub. Spoiled does not describe the treatment we received. We were now 20 feet from the beach and did not have to ask twice for a thing. Our butlers, Shaun , Karen, and Vanessa were great at their jobs and great people as well!

We did a snorkeling with stingrays tour and the trip to Shirley Heights. Both were amazing!

Thank you for recommending Sandals Grande Antigua it did not disappoint and we will be looking to travel to other Sandals properties in the future!
